PC There Are Four Lights! - Question about placeable lights

okay, maybe someone here can answer this. But I've been altering a POI, and I went to place some lights form the creative menu, such as the new table lamp or the work light, or the yellow flashlight... and none of them are lit up. - I know it says I can turn them off. When I mouse over them I get no option to turn them on or off, and they're just off. And lights that I used to be abl eto hook electricity up to aren't working. (Yes everything is on and built properly).

So what am I missing? Is there a command line I need? Help me builders, you're my only hope.

 
Link00102.... it seems they can only be toggled in the POI editor. Which bites :(

Will need to be modded.
