The Thirst Update we deserve (concept)

I'm an old player (over 1k hours), and I've played both alphas and new 2.0+ versions. I see that many people want some sort of Thirst Update, and I see that developers right now don't have a clear idea how to implement it without breaking current game balance. So here is my concept:

Early Game
  • Glass Jars are back. Can be found in POIs in food-related containers.
  • Chlorine Tablets [New] are found in any medical loot. They remove 2% of infection, but lower health and thirst (a worse honey).
  • Murky Water hurts and imposes debuffs. It can be Disinfected by boiling it over a Campfire or combining it with Chlorine Tablets in inventory.
  • Disinfected Water [New] doesn't damage you, but still has small chance to inflict non-lethal debuffs. Used for cooking simple food, such as boiled meat or eggs.
Mid-game
  • Dew Collectors work the same way as they do now, but produce water twice as slowly. They now have a slot for empty jars.
  • Water Filter [New] is a crafting station, that converts Disinfected Water into Filtered Water. There are three mods available for it: faster filtration, reduced fuel consumption, and one for late-game.
  • Filtered Water [New] gives stamina regen buff, and is used for all advanced cooking/crafting recipes (tea, meals, etc). This item will effectively replace current "Water" item.
Late Game
  • Craft Glass Jars in Forge with Crucible (sand + brass), and Chlorine Tablets in Chemistry Station (nitrate + other materials).
  • Pure Mineral Water is no longer created in a campfire, instead it's made in Water Filter station only with a Distiller Mod [New] installed. It's a rare mod, somewhat similar to crucible for forged steel making.
  • Water Purifier Helmet Mod can only be found in military loot at end-game loot stages. Drinking water from rivers is still worse than drinking Filtered Water item, and can apply non-lethal debuffs rarely.

Tell me what you guys think about this, and if you agree and have a connection with TFP devs team members, you can send them this concept.

Looks really in-depth which some will like and some will not. With that being said I doubt they will want to invest alot more into just drinking water for a game that tests the limits of consoles.
