hi everyone

i started playing with a friend again and I have a problem when we start play from the first day we do not see the sun in the morning the weather is cloudy and rainy all the time like evening I can not see even the animals it is so dark I Put torch Everywhere around the house So I can see

I was playing the game before the last update i do not have this problem

what i do to fix it

If you haven't already done so, try upping your gamma through the menu before you load your world - this helps with the dark. As for the constant rain, have you tried clearing your cache (fully powered down for at least 5 minutes)? I've noticed a tendency to get stuck on bed weather if I've been playing a while, or if I don't clear cache before reloading my game from a previous session.

 
Hi Ajamali,

Can you tell me if you are playing online multiplayer or splitscreen? The visibility can be limited in Split-screen in comparison to single player due to Distant Terrain not being available. Which may not help when the other effects are added.

As Damselx1 suggested, there is a Gamma settings option in the menu that may help. And clearing the cache of your console regularly is also recommended. It appears poor visibility can may caused by overlapping weather effects in game - the team are looking into this.

Depending on your location as well, if you're playing on the Navezgane map, you may have constant rain. I believe the Perishton area in the North West is still constantly rainy.

Be wary of too many torches in an area. While I understand the darkness can be frustrating, too many torches, candles or lights can cause lag if bunched into a small area like a house of small base.

Thanks for confirming your game type and location Ajamali, the North East should not have constant rain. Hopefully the cache clearing will work for you.
