The Pallets is now useful

For those wondering, this is broken in the latest update. Doesn't seem to cause errors, but it just doesn't work.

The cntmedicinecabinet lol. It is fixed in my modlets thread lol butcouldnt find the single thread of pallets on its own lol. Go into loot.xml search cntmedicinecabinet and add closed to the end of it lol problem fixed

Oh it makes the pallets you find aroound the world lootable lol. rather then just deco same with the wine barrels
