The New and or Used Car Dealership Point of Interest.

There should be a used or new car dealer lot to be found, the undead guard dogs galore, but the ability to secure a whole vehicle of our choice would be super!  Where is the recreational vehicle dealer also!  I want that new Honda !

There is at least one car dealer POI in the game.  Being able to get a working vehicle in the world isn't likely to ever be added to vanilla.  There is a mod that adds a ton of vehicles and lets you find working vehicles and even repair vehicles that aren't working.  Give it a try.

You can get certain vehicles in vanilla - bicycle, minibike, motorcycle, 4x4 and gyrocopter.  They can be crafted or purchased.  The bicycle can be received as a quest reward for completing tier 1 quests from a trader.  If you want other vehicles or to be able to find vehicles in the game to use, you'd need a mod.  There is a good mod for that, though it might not be updated for A21 yet.  I think it's interesting but it also has the ability to craft those and has all kinds of parts that appear in loot for doing so.  For me, I just don't like all those parts when I really won't make many vehicles so although I think the vehicles are interesting, it just isn't something I use.  But it's a good mod if you don't mind that.
