Okay, I'm going to lock this thread now since at least one person has admitted it is a sore subject and technically all of this falls under the umbrella of political/racial talk that can be polarizing and divisive and lead to a lot of bad feelings. Most of the thread was directly relatable to the game but we are now getting into the weeds. Thanks to all who kept things civil, especially @khzmusik who probably felt piled on at times but stayed calm.
