You just can't predict what disease you're going to do anymore. From the direwolf that instead of attacking me decided to impale itself on the spikes I had around my base. To the z I shot in the chest last night who decided to turn around and run. Second shot landed in her in her rear when I was aiming for her head (still don't understand how I pulled that off).
Groups of them will find a way to attack you from more than one side if they can. Some of them will also wander off somewhere else leaving you with no idea where they're at and you need to deal with them.
Then there's my favorite pack of idiots in the attic that always run into the landmines every time. Then there's the ones that sleep near a landmine waiting for you to wake them up and crawl over it. That's always fun.
This may seem like a small thing but it's not.
