I played on a server once that had a system for setting a home base and being able to tp to it before 2200 as well as teleporting back to your backpack after death.

Anyone know this one? I'm running a server now and thought I might play around with it.

It also might have had an extradimensional store where all the players could put vending machines.

 
It's not a mod that does it, it's a server manager. Well, that uses a mod, "Alloc's Fixes".

Get RAT if you're running windows, or Botman if you're running linux. Both server managers will give you what you want (and more).
