Technical issue with server - Need help for friends

So I have a Dedicated Server, I also play on the same Machine as it.

I host it, it's broadcast and everything is fine. All my friends can join it.

However, when I connect to it via Loopback or Local Lan, if anyone tries to join the server, it'll give them 'Error, Connection Timed Out'

If I leave the server they're able to rejoin.

It's as if when I join, the port handling login seems to close or something, it makes no sense.

How can I fix this issue?

When you join your server, use your external (WAN) IP address. Most routers will redirect you back and you should be OK. Some don't, though... in that case, you should host it on another computer in your house, have someone else host, or join another server... there are plenty that have little to no traffic if you prefer a quieter game.
