As the title states, I think adding a feature to tame wolves (sort of like in minecraft) would add for some really cool gameplay.
1. Modifying the wolves Ai i.e. Adding a tameable item such as raw meat, bones, etc. adding a command system such as follow, attack, and stay. A loyalty system such as feeding, giving water, shelter. A breeding system for raising wolf pups.
2. Creating a new Armor set or Skills i.e. Adding an armor set for animal breeding and taming. Adding skill points into one of the Attributes and perks (or creating a new category such as survivalist).
3. Other features i.e. New items for wolves such as Armor mods, a backpack to help survivors carry items, a collar to name the wolves, gaining xp from wolves killing zombies, other animals, etc.
Just some ideas I had for another survivor companion option other than the drone.
Any suggestions or ideas are welcomed!
