Super high ping and disconnects online

When I try to play on an online server with my friends I have a very high fluctuating ping. Will fluctuate from 20 all the way to 300+ in seconds. Then I usually get disconnected soon after. My friends will see me moving around find but everyone else is frozen in place for me. This is the only game I experience these issues with. I have 1gb verizon fios for internet and it is very stable so I don't believe it is that I play other games that are more taxing on my system and dont face these issues.

I also will die on the server and it wont let me respawn I think possibly because I die while DCed so the server doesnt know what to do with me.

From an outside player perspective he moves around no problem but on his game he shows everyone frozen. We’ve tried a lot of ways to fix this. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

 
First thing to try is to exclude the game from your AV software



Details are there.  Also we don't see any logs or any information on the connection type so difficult to pinpoint the issue




 
Post your log file as @BFT2020 suggested using pastebin.com. Also, run the tracert program from the command prompt (as administrator) to the server and post the results. This will show which hop(s) that your lag shows up.

I don't have the servers log on hand but was discussing with the owner last night and he mentioned my respawn being odd

Spawning into the world at point 0,0,0 is extremely strange. Not only is there no spawn point there, but this is actually below bedrock and suggests that network data sent to [cold] is not being processed by his client (likely due to networking packets being dropped either to his client or his response data being dropped/corrupted on their way back to us)

Only other thing I've tried and noticed was on a friends peer to peer server with no easy anti cheat I've had no problems, I've reinstalled EAC/7d2d completely during all the trouble shooting, deleting leftover folders in the steam directory, clearing folders in roaming/appdata and leftover data in Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\The Fun Pimps\7 Days To Die with regedit

 
That’s odd, the tracerts show no lag at all although they are just a moment in time. Also I see nothing in the logs but let’s let others chime in.
