There are a couple challenges to a tank build currently, but a bleed debuff being constantly reapplied is one of the biggest ones. The point of armor is to mitigate damage but bleed makes a hit that does 5 dmg do three times that much damage making the armor pointless.
Perhaps something like a puncture-proof underlayer that either reduces the chance of a bleeding debuff or limits the damage done by it would be nice.
