I have a fresh wiped dedicated server running A21 B324, with No Kill setting verified. If you are fighting a zombie near a friendly (ally/party member) and have a stun charge on the weapon, the player(s) get thrown as well as the zombies. So far I have tested with a player made tier 4 with the Repulsor Mod installed (with Weighted Head Mod + Structural Brace Mod). The player thrown back has happened several times now, so it does not seem to be a de-sync oddity. Each player affected are in the same party and are allies, again server config has been triple checked to be No kill (aka no pvp).
While fun initially, it does make tight quarters fighting and horde night rather difficult.
