PS Stuck on Receiving and loading configs

I am running a dedicated linux server. I have some faster processors on the way. It was working but after i did a standard apt update for package maintenance it decided to stop connecting.

I rebooted server no change. Tried a different map no change. I have network. No forewall blocks.

Ubuntu server 24.04.2 lts pro. 26gb memory.

Guess i can try a fresh install and see if something corrupted

Ok i think i ran down the issue. The internet connection is slow.

I will have to see what the cause is as it was working.

Ok it is linking at 10mbps

I redid cable route did sudo ifdown eno4. Then sudo ifup eno4. Now itnis at 100mbps full duplex

Looks like i need to get a new patch cable

It was a bad patch cable. It works now.
