Stuck at initializing

I've tried to repeatedly open my server. I think it updated from v1. To v3. And just won't open the server at all. I don't know what to do here... do I just kill the server, again, and start over?

I am not staff, but, it sounds like you are on PC. this is the console section. Sorry it took so long for anyone to say anything
