Ever get annoyed at fresh starts? Find it tedious? Well, this will fix most of your problems!
This is a small modlet that greatly enhances starting gameplay without being too unfair
I didnt include a Repair Kit for use on the Bicycle (it will be damaged) because I feel that it would be taking this luxury a little too far.
Anyways, here's the readme:

If you have any questions, feel free to ask! If there are any issues / bugs, please let me know asap!
I rushed through and made this mod in a matter of an hour without much testing, but I'm confident enough that all is well. Enjoy!
Edit: Also, if you do not want the inflated inventory: Simply delete the folder "XUi" and the file "Progression.xml"

Syndicate's Strategic Starter Backpack Modlet:
-----------------------
## What this modlet does:
+ Adds a loot container on new startup: StarterPack
+ 1 Bicycle!
+ 1 Medical First Aid Kit
+ 2 Honey
+ 1 randomly selected Canned Food
+ 1 randomly selected warm clothing
+ 1 Mining Helmet (with a flashlight!)
+ 4 to 6 jars of water
+ 60 plant fibers for starter quests
+ 40 wood for starter quests
+ 5 feathers for starter quests and hunting
+ 25 small rocks
+ There may now be between 5 and 25 spawned Settlement Traders in RWG!
+ Removed Pack Mule perk
+ Set bag size to 60 slots, so pack mule perk would be senseless (NOT from me!)
+ Removed the requirement to upgrade the 3 wood frames for beginner quest 7 (just pick them right back up after placed)
+ Removed the requirement to place the campfire for beginner quest #8
+ Increased the amount of exp gained for each beginner quest completed. After finishing all of them: You'll be level 2!
+ Greatly reduced the time required to craft Bedrolls and Plant Fiber armor
