Stop vehicles from damaging blocks

I mean, only i having this problem? you carefully driving motorcycle out of your base - and half of your base got damaged by it anyway, especially bridges and ground, driving across a roads - roads get wrecked, slowly but surely, everything get damaged by these things

Is there a way to make all vehicles completely harmless, to disable this collision damage completely?

AS far as I know right now we can't define this. The code to do so is commented out with a note that says something like "I'll add these when I get time" soooo whenever that person gets time.
