SteamCMD Server update

I am fairly new to creating dedicated servers, but none the less I have made it work. The server is live and configured with full connectivity, however I can't for the life of me get the steamCMD to update the game to the latest experimental-unstable build (currently A18.2(B5) the command line I am using in SteamCMD after logged in is as follows: app_update 294420 -beta latest_experimental validate Once the command is run the first time around it downloads and validates and the server can be launched, but it loads A18.1(B8) I have scoured the internet and the steam forums for various "solutions" some say to add -unstable (latest_experimental-unstable) I have tried this too, and the server never launches anything but A18.1(B8) Just wondering if I am missing something simple or if I have indeed hit a wall, or maybe it isn't available for dedicated yet? I can live with 18.1 if needed, but would like to be able to share all the new goodies with friends. Thanks
