Linux Steam Deck and 2.5 Performance issues

Been playing this on my Steam Deck for many versions, and it usually runs really well if I keep the settings reasonable.

Tried 2.5 last night for the first time and I am having major FPS drops that sort of build over time to the point where it is running at about 8 FPS on all low settings. Restarting and loading in will be fine for a bit, but it happens pretty quickly (within a few minutes) that I will be back down again.

Anyone else experiencing this with their Steam Deck?

It seems to come and go too, like drops to sub 10 FPS every few minutes… then jumps back up to solid 30 (probably higher, but that is what I lock it too).
