Stealth Quest?

A stealth quest where you need to kill all the zombies in a POI without triggering them. Maybe there's lots of screamers. If a screamer screams, lots of zombies spawn and you lose the quest. Early on we've stealthed POIs no problem, but as the POIs get bigger and tougher this has become harder to accomplish.

Slightly related, I know there are a few POIs that have screamers, but they aren't real screamers. Which kind of negates their novelty, in a way? I wish they decreased the chance of screamer spawns in the wilderness and slightly increased their chance to show up in POIs, but still functioned as actual screamers.
