Static Ip cant connect

I have servers up each run on their own static Ip threw comcast business and I use rat for a console. Others from out side connect with no issues and see the servers but I do not. I tried to connect threw them while on my servers but says servers are down. any help would be great I also don't use port forward as I have the static ips and own my own dell servers

Check the sticky threads. Provide more information. Most likely it's a local firewall or routing configuration issue. Sadly you didn't give us anything to work with.
