Split out the weapon perks, out of the current perk trees.

I would like to be able to make custom builds that dont fall into a stereo type.
For example, I would like to make an "Assassin" that uses a spear and bow.
This requires me to put points into two skill trees: Agility and Perception, having to put points into two trees in the beginning of the game makes the character signifigantly weaker, than if I was to go Knife and Bow which shares a perk/skill tree.

Make a tree (category) just for the weapons.
The other trees like fortitude and strength can give bonuses, but not directly to a specific weapon type. For example if someone wanted to do Clubs and Shotguns. or Brawling and Pistols. Why force them into a specific tree?
