Spikes have some serious issues since A20...

I tried some stuff and I learned how they work. The solid hitbox of the spikes is just a 2D plane on the bottom which is also used for upgrades. Which leads to the problem, that you can't upgrade blocks below spikes.

The rest of the Spikes only got a damage input hitbox so when you touch them you get damage, but you can walk through them, just slowed down which doesn't make sence. In the past you could walk on them while getting damage and being slowed. now they work like barbed wire traps just with more dmg output and thats bad.

The next problem with the 2D hitbox is, that you can only damage the spikes on that 2D plane, same with zombies. so when you stack multiple spikes on top of each other, they can't hit the spikes and also don't get hit by the damage hitbox. in the past the whole spike block was a solid hitbox which dealed damage on contact. please go back to that. I just tested what happens when I surround myself with a 2 stacks high wall of spikes. The zombies jumped over it cause of the 2D solid Hitbox ist was acually only 1 Block high xD they got a little damage but went over it and killed me

 
This is so abuseable xD I just cover my walls with them and zombies can't do anything. funny is, if I place the face of the trap (so the bottom) at the wall and run against it, I get no damage xD it's so weird and I'm sure it wasn't always like this^^
