PC Special Ammo

Any reason we can't find any of the special ammo in loot anymore? I could swear prior to A21, we could occasionally find at least HiPower ammo. I don't even see special ammo types as quest rewards anymore.

Worthy to test this with someone's end game saves that are in the current patch cycle.  I've deleted all of mine.

i occasionally see hipower/armour piercing ammo as tier 3/4 quest rewards be it at only 45 bullets but still in quest loot.

So I did get some AP and HiPower ammo offered to me as quest rewards today, for T4 quests. Still, being able to find it (and turret ammo) in loot would be nice, instead of just flooding us constantly with regular ammo.
