spawning for the Score and NPCCORE

In another discussion, i posted about modifying the spawning rates to increase presence on the map. i have been trying to figure out a few things. After when i installed a mod call Better Biomes, it's on Nexus. i guess the score is not comparable with better biomes or urban decay. After i uninstalled both mods and started a new game, it seemed to work to a certain extent. For some reason, I can't get the Civilians mod or the one from NPCCORE to spawn at all. i even took the spawning down to 30%, and nothing spawned even after 10 minutes in-game. i had better luck with using the Score 1.2.4 than the current version. How do you un-comment something in the XLM? Another thing this mod doesn't like is zombie spawn increase mods. Before they updated 7 days with 1.4, everything worked great, and I could use zombie spawn increases as well. Any suggestions?

I have installed Better Biomes and Urban Decay alongside NPC Core and I didn't see issues. I also looked at the XML for those mods, and didn't see anything that would conflict with SCore or NPC Core.

Do you have other mods installed? There are quite a few mods that entirely replace the biome spawn groups, and those will cause the NPCs to not spawn. (The one I just learned about recently is Khaine's "Dangerous Cities" mod.)

A bit of history, if you're curious. In 1.0, NPC Core switched to using custom biome spawn groups, which are added to the biome spawns in spawning.xml. This is a lot better than the pre-1.0 method, which added the NPCs to zombie spawn groups. It used to overwhelm zombie spawning, especially when a lot of NPC packs were installed. The new method also introduced "gamestaging" depending upon time and location (rural/city, day/night, biome difficulty), which it didn't have before. These are problems that I was complaining about since A19, and I'm thrilled that they are solved.

I got the npc to spawn also to use the increased zombie spawn, and the map is empty and nothing spawns. i tried a lot of zombie spawn increases, but everything ends up the same outcome 

. in the previous updates. i can have easier control, and all of the mods would work great. Anyway these are the current mods that i have listed here
