PC Something needs to change

Me and a friend are on our third world and not by choice .. not one world has survived longer than 14 days .. one had sections of our base reset so it was filled in/disappeared.. my friends toolbar was swapped out with the parts for his mini bike and this has happened twice .. and one of the worlds just vanished .. like it was deleted .. I have zombies that glitch through doors .. something needs sorting out .. if anyone has any information on why any of this is happening that would be helpful

 
Big issue

I get booted and when I log back in, my base is hafe gone and everything I've done is reset to what it was befor I started working on it. All the surroundings where like it reset everything. I lost 2 sets of calipers , forge , work bench, and much much more items this has happened before and I'm really losing interest in the game having to rebuild all the time please help.

 
Look at all the threads on MD5 errors since over a year ago.

You're on the Xbox, and this is very common. There are loads of possible workarounds and tips to avoid it.
