Solar Banks FPS Problem

I found a bug with the solar banks when I was in a Server. If you have solar panels in your solar bank and the lights or what ever your powering is too many wats for the solar panel it will cause Lag and lower your fps. I don't think this happens with every power bank. And Maybe it's just my side.

Known issue. Manage your power better, and you won't have the problem.
