What is this property in prefabs?

Does it do anything right now, or is it in preparation for the future? I don't see a difference when I set this value, and I can't seem to find any information about it.

diner 02 is the only PreFab that has 2 sleeper volumes set with SleeperIsBossVolume

Has anybody noticed anything special about these?
