1) Does the Treasure Hunter perk help you with the Trader’s quests, both the fetch quests and the buried supplies quests?

2) Does the Mother Lode perk increase the amount of iron you harvest when you are using a pick axe to break down metal found at POI’s, or laying around at random? If not, does a different perk help to increase the amount of iron you harvest?
 

3) Lastly, if you played long enough, is it possible to max out all the skills and perks?

1) No. The Fetch Quests have no radius. You get always the exact position of the courier satchel.

2) No, Motherload only works on ores.

3) Yes. Max level is 300 and you need less points to get everything to maximum. But it takes a very long time to get to level 300.

2) No, Motherload only works on ores.

Worth noting this isn't 100% consistent from my experience. The majority of man-made objects will not give bonus, but some random objects seem to. Most likely not intended, but too minor to stress over bugfixing. Generally speaking though, this is correct.
