Single Player Land Claim Block Adjustment

Greetings!

I'm having trouble adjusting LCBlocks in a single player game. I've adjusted the serverconfig.xml, but it's not allowing multiple 'live' LCB.

The file I have adjusted is in the main 7dtd folder. Is there a game file folder I'm missing that the single player game is 'hosted' in?
