There is no info on probability of breakdown. It's more akin to if someone tells you that drill has 12 lb's of torque how do you know its good? Most sites show info like thisImagine going into Home Depot or Lowe's (or whatever hardware store folks across 'the Pond' shop at) and having the 'Probability of Break Down' included on the display labels for tools.
