Server works like it did last night, but nothing is visible in server browser now

My internet went down last night, went to restart the server like normal but now its not visible in server browser and not connectable through IP/Port. It just says could not retrieve server information.

I didn't change config or internet settings so I'm baffled how turning off and on the dedicated.bat file could possibly create an issue. I checked everything over and its all the same settings I left em as, Log file doesn't show an Issue either. Anyone got Ideas?

 
Internet went down. Did your IP change? Did your port forwarding get reset?

More information on your setup would be required. What ports did you configure for the server? What ports did you forward? Does the server host machine have a static local IP?
