Server swap, problems with player transfer

Hello guys,

my friends and I bought a server for a few bucks but we decided(bc of lags), now to make an own server on a second pc.

The problem we have now is, we transfered all the data from the old server to the new one but if we join we are starting again on a new map with new carr..

Does anyone now how to fix that, do i have to change files on my pc?

Maybe someone else had this problem before

Did you get all the data - both the saved game and world data?

yes i did, actually i coppied the whole server 

dont know maybe that is a problem too

found the Problem it was in the save but not in the appdata save
