Server Manager

Hi im looking for a server manager like this one https://pionner.org/index.php?id=7daysservermanager or like ASM for Ark survivial evolved . The ease of the program is why im looking for this if pionner was still available i would use it.. Is there anything out there  that im looking for ?

Closest is probably going to be RAT, or Windows Server Manager. Neither are going to have that level of control though. All the settings are pretty easy in xml, and it's not like you're changing them a lot.
