Selection of the starting biom

It`s a refreshing idea, I would say, but except for selecting a wasteland. Also, it would be nice after all of those years to have the option to skip a tutorial with basic crafting. Choosing some limited loadout preset with a weapon(s) and some items that would cost something might turn out to be interesting also depending on starting biome.
