Searching old prefabs ''Admin base'' and newer prefabs

It been a long time I didn't visit the forum and it changed a lot. I'm searching a specific old prefab and I hope someone have a copy and possibly modified for the current version of the game.

Someone remember that admin base? Enormous structure with hidden loot underground.

Also, where the heck is all the people prefabs? There so much talent there. I know Compo-pack and I love it but I want individual prefabs. So please give me link.
