Screamers and wandering hordes (request)

Can anyone point me in the right xml, I want to either reduce the heat generated or the point screamers come so I have less screamers. Any ideas?

Also I would like to reduce the frequency of the super wandering hordes?? Not the number of hordes in general just the frequency of the really nasty ones showing up?
