PC Safer for kids?

Hello 7 days players!

I have a 8 year old and a 10 year old that would enjoy playing this game with me. My only concern is removing the vulgarities from the traders as well as removing the stripper zombie all together. Not the way I want my son learning about what boobies are. If anyone has a mod or suggestion that would make this more playable for my kiddos that would be really helpful.
