rwg hosted on seperate pc, no one in the house can join but anyone on the internet can (cant join even if we try joining with ip.) When you try to join it says connecting, then after about 20 seconds it takes you back to the screen with new game/continue/join a game. Cant seem to find what i am looking for to fix this, anyone know what could be causing it?

You sure you're using the outbound internet-facing IP address and not the local LAN address? Make sure you use the port number correctly too. Also, if your topology is set to lan you may just want to host it via lan instead and just connect directly to the computer that way
Well, we have tried on 2 different pc's, if i host it on one of the two pc's, i can join, and anyone outside the home can join, but other computer is not able to join. If i host on server pc, when i go to play on any other computer above thing happens where it just boots you back to menu after a minute or so, with no error or anything given. we have verified what ip address is on websites, and using ipconfig. If you have someone who is trying to join you and they are in the same home, they should be using ip connect right, not local host? (both do not work, but just asking)

You're using the correct port number too right? That's important. Canthese computers connect to other servers? Try disabling Windows Firewall and see if that helps. Add exceptions if not. Also, post a client log / dedi server log to pastebin to see what's going on. Tbh I've never had this issue before, something simple must be off anyway. Hopefully lol
So to your first question, yes i can connect to "any" other server, other than my own when using ip address. if i local host i join fine, but if i use ip address it doesn't work (so the other guy in the house trying to join is unable to join because he "has" to use ip address.)
so lets assume i do not have ports forwarded properly. Server is on 192.168.1.80 and pc i want to play on is on 192.168.1.81 Do i have to open ports for the computer i want to play on on my router? Right now all I have forwarded is 26900,26902 on the server PC (in router). Do i also need to open something for each computer on the network i want to play from(in router)?

Try not using EAC (on server host AND client).
Port forwarding opens a direct tunnel through the port to specified IP addresses, the port opening on client side is through your firewall.
I noticed you said " Server is on 192.168.1.80", are you typing that? If so, you're trying to LAN it. That's really not an IP address, that's the local address for the internal network, gotta use the actual IP. And the port you're connecting to (the port the server is on) is 62347, if you have a range setup thatll be fine, but if not make sure that one is included, and add it for all clients or give the network address on 2 seperate instances (some routers let you say open this tcp/udp port for all clients and some make you do them individually).
Also 192.168.1.1 sounds like your host address or the first available address given by your router, you sure the server is actually at 192.168.1.80 and you're connecting from 192.168.1.81?
Btw, you can also just add your friend to your Steam friend list, and they can join from there. Steam will take care of the addressing for you.

^ Lol I was a bit haste (was late) and was struggling to figure out a layman's explanation. Yeah I suggested port forwarding because I wasn't entirely sure how he was connecting, but 'tis true there. I really think it's either not using the correct LAN address / port or antivirus / firewalls are preventing a clean connection.
