Is it possible to mod other biome choices for the center option. By default it is only pine forest or wasteland. If so what file or files would I have to change and how?

The rwgmixer.xml file in the Config folder governs many of the features of RWG. Unfortunately, this option is not something shared in this file and it appears to be hard coded. This is potentially something that can be achieved using a Harmony Patch which can change code through other means. Some modders and coders have shared a variety of mods that offer intricate changes in this way, but RWG isn't something I've seen as of yet.
