Running animation speed cap

just curious if there is a way to remove the hard movement speed cap of certain running animations, i can increase any zombie with the arlene running animation WAYYY past nightmare speed, but for instance zombies with the slow animation like the tourist don't get any sort of buff past nightmare speed
