Forgetting the fact that it makes sense here for a second (
), once you get a bicycle, that one or so point(s) you put into Rule #1 Cardio, they're wasted since this perk does not work when riding a bike. In my opinion, this should be changed, or if it's a bug, it should be fixed. Please.
