Request: Secret Doors

I'm looking to make a secret door. that I can use to hide a room. My idea is to copy the vault door but change it to use the tall locker model but I'm not sure if that's how it works. or if this is even something that can be done. I'd also be interested in finding a tall bookcase asset and make a secret door out of that. I've made custom recipes for in-game blocks before but that is about the most I've ever attempted so any advice would be appricated.

Can do them in unity. They'll stick out a bit though, and the "E" to open will be a dead giveaway.
