I know that there are a couple of mods that add skill point magazines or have the perk magazines give a permanent point.. but I would like to see something a little different.
1. Perk magazines of the same type are stackable
2. 5 (maybe 10) of the same magazine would grant a point in that perk or a generic skill point whichever is easier.
I have no idea how hard that would be be to implement, but it seems to be a little more realistic and goal oriented than the magic 30 min buff.
