[REQUEST] How can I open World map while on the minibike?

Thanks for any thoughts shared. I recall doing this in someones mod, but i can't rediscover it.

I did see that TFP have made it part of A17, so another win for the modding community!

Or you could just wait till A17 hits, that version[when it's done and out] will allow you to open the map while in a vehicle.
