Here's my suggestion for improving repair tools and enticing players to make more than just a Q1
Add a 10% repair amount for each quality, that's it, simple
Stone Axe:
Q1: Repair 100
Q6: Repair 150
Claw Hammer:
Q1: Repair 400
Q6: Repair 600
Nail Gun:
Q1: Repair 1000
Q6: Repair 1500
