So when you increase block damage you hit a car fewer times for it to be gone. Thus reducing the amount per car of parts you gain. First thing you notice is you get less or none of batteries and engines, then you notice less of every part that is a % drop per hit. Instead of increasing block damage when upgrading a tool to gold, diamond, titanium, obsidian, elite obsidian, do a increase of attack speed so we actually get more per car or object to salvage. I get more salvage with a basic tool, with one Mod on it then I would with a upgraded honestly useless upgraded tool. Maybe also make a Mod that increases attack speed and decreases block damage.
