Release and Update V 1.0 (b333) PC

Since the update to the purchased product of 7 Day to Die, the update whipped out all of the previous work I have done for two days, with no help from Microsoft or Makers of the Game! Second, since the update I have been trying to restart the game and push forward yet the remote does not seem to respond to the game at all. You will have to turn the remote every time you change a weapon or search for something.

7 Days to Die why release an update that whips players' games and then has areas of the program not ready (a.k.a remote)? Playing with a keyboard is not an option for me. Highly disappointed in the Makers, Microsoft, etc. This is the worst $50 I spent on a game.

The update was completed on the 24th of July and still has not worked correctly.

 
If you want to play your old Alpha 21.2 save, all you have to do is roll back to that game version in the Betas tab for the game.  This option has existed for over a decade.

 
I was playing V1.0 (b332) with no issues and now the back-down or rewind does not work! Tried the uninstall and reinstall and even did the fix and delete new settings. Yet nothing works, and the game is broken. I do not play with a keyboard so the remote is the only option and the update seems to make Xbox remotes dumb to the game! They need to fix it or just leave the game

 
I know bugs are very frustrating but I don't get some posts sometimes. You say they need to fix it or just leave the game like either of these options will satisfy you. Well what if they said fine, we'll leave the game. Imagine the posts we would see from you then.

And don't jump down my throat because I am a PC player. There are PC and console areas in this forum and you posted in the PC side.

Pretty sure they are on PC but using a controller.  Console didn't have b332 AFAIK.

In any case, the details are severely lacking in this thread.  There have been ways to change versions and reset everything for years and they work.  If they aren't working, something is being done incorrectly, but without actual details, it is hard to guess what. 

It has also been known for many years that if you play experimental, you risk needing to start over during or after experimental rather than continuing the save.  Just how things work, though I haven't seen anyone who had trouble with that this time around until now.
