Reduce time for specific zombies to get up after being knocked down

Basically have a variant of the animation where the zombie gets up from the floor faster (a reanimation would be cool, where the end frame can smoothly transition into the running animation instead of them standing around menacingly after getting up)

This can be simple with a threshold when they'll start doing it or have a percentage chance primarily based on the difficulty options and that zombie's remaining health

This would be for the feral, radiated and whatever zombies at either higher gamestage, higher difficulty or higher zombie movespeed at that specific time of day
(So nightmare movespeed would make even regular zombies have a very high chance of strutting back up after falling over, but a low GS would reduce that likelihood by a lot)

Ideally casual players who won't turn up the difficulty will never see this during the early game and they would see it sometimes when they have decent gear so the whole implementation isn't unfair to those that haven't progressed much yet (high GS will also make regular zombies get up quicker)

I'd like for feral zombies to feel like those fast zombies in Left 4 Dead 2

Ninja kip up with tornado kick for feral wights?
