Reduce scrap time

Has anyone done a reduce scrap time mod, or if not, would someone be willing to make one? Bonus points if it is written such that I can easily config how long it takes to scrap things!

Thanks but yeah it doesn't seem to work. Trying to see if I can fix the mod myself but it seems like adjusting "weight" of an item has no effect.
